Robert (Rob) provides services to a broad range of clients in many sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, data breach, and sports teams and leagues. His practice is focused on strategic labour relations and employment law advice, collective bargaining, and advice on legislative reform. Rob serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Since 2016, Rob has served as one of seven Directors on the Board of L&E Global, an international alliance of labour and employment law firms with over 1700 specialized lawyers in 160 offices, covering over 80 countries. In 2019, Rob was instrumental in launching Advocates for Employers of Canada (AEC), an alliance of six preeminent Canadian labour and employment law practices.
