Robert Dupont’s practice encompasses every aspect of labour and employment, human rights and administrative law. He offers clients extensive experience in labour relations, specifically the protection of personal information, pay equity and pension plans. For many years businesses have trusted Robert to advise them on the cross-border flow of personal information, collective bargaining and restructuring. Robert has also won their trust by representing clients before various arbitration boards and decision-making bodies. He also appears before federal and provincial administrative tribunals in labour and employment matters. He has argued before the civil courts, including the Court of Appeal of Québec and the Supreme Court of Canada, in leading labour law and human rights cases. Robert has taught at the Université de Montréal, the Barreau du Québec’s École de formation professionnelle and McGill University. He often presents seminars on labour and employment law. He serves as a director on the board of the Montreal Clinical Research Institute Foundation (IRCM).
