Robert Duke practises in personal injury with a focus on civil litigation. He has been recognized in the legal community for his experience in the law and exemplary client service. Over the course of his career, he has built trusted relationships within the healthcare industry and brings that credibility to his role in strategic negotiations with insurance companies. He has extensive trial experience before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta and the Court of Appeal of Alberta. He has been a lecturer for the Legal Education Society of Alberta and is involved with the civil law section of the CBA. He was past chairman of the Glenrose Hospital Foundation. He has been a member of Miller Thomson and predecessor firms since 1971. He was called to the Alberta bar in 1971 and appointed KC in 1990.
