Robert Winogron is a partner in the Ottawa office of Gowling WLG, practising in the Advocacy Department. Robert is well-known across Canada for his legal experience in Indigenous and administrative law. He has extensive experience in Indigenous law, including specific claims legal and policy issues, research, submission, negotiation and litigation. He is involved in landmark settlements in Saskatchewan as well as other jurisdictions. He is also experienced in Indigenous class action litigation.
