Ryan advises on, drafts and negotiates concession, design-build, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation agreements as part of major infrastructure projects across Canada. He regularly provides strategic advice to clients on service agreements for various engineering-related matters. Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Ryan co-led the Construction, Infrastructure, P3 and Projects practice groups at the Vancouver office of a major international law firm. Ryan has also served as in-house legal counsel to SNC-Lavalin, one of the world’s leading engineering, procurement and construction companies, practicing in the areas of commercial, infrastructure and construction law.
