Paul Mantini practises commercial real estate, financing, P3, and gaming law. He is involved with development and financing of many landmark projects, including Toronto Eaton Centre, TD Centre, Brookfield Place, First Canadian Place, Scotia Plaza, Royal York Hotel, Trump Tower, Royal Bank Plaza, Bay-Adelaide Centre, Fifth Avenue Place, Bankers Hall, Telus Gardens, Casino Rama, Niagara Fallsview Casino, and the Rail Deck Park Development. He is involved in several innovative transactions, including first guarantee by a Canadian pension fund of a debt issue, first public issue by a real estate co-tenancy, first public issue of participating mortgage bonds, cross-border securitization of property and mortgage pools, and creation of REITs and private and public real estate investment funds. Paul has also acted on behalf of lenders and joint venture partners in the restructuring, CCAA proceedings and the plans of compromise and arrangement of several major real estate developers. He has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest accolade (AV rating) signifying that he has reached the height of professional excellence. He is a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
