Has appeared as counsel on motions, applications, and trials on the Commercial List and in the Superior Court of Justice, and as counsel on appeals in the Divisional Court and before the Court of Appeal. Defends individuals and private companies charged with regulatory offences pursuant to provincial statutes including the Fisheries Act, Pesticides Act, and the Environmental Protection Act and acts for commercial carriers charged with offences under the Highway Traffic Act.
