Sarah Coderre is an employment lawyer and partner at Bow River Law LLP in Calgary, Alberta. Sarah's practice focus is employment law, human rights, and labour law. Sarah has extensive experience at all levels of court in Alberta and a number of tribunals, for things like workplace discrimination, wrongful dismissal, constructive dismissal, workplace investigations, and severance pay claims. Sarah is currently the treasurer for the Canadian Bar Association Alberta Branch Board of Directors. She is past president of Canadian Association of Black Lawyers (CABL), Alberta Chapter, and has been a guest lecturer to law students on a number of occasions.
