Sarah is known for her ability to handle difficult legal and commercial issues and find creative solutions that mitigate business risk. Her practice focuses on public-private partnerships, project development and finance, Indigenous law, lending, and general corporate commercial law. Sarah’s expertise extends to leading major public-private partnership and project finance transactions, including representing proponents and lenders with respect of all phases of public infrastructure and transportation projects. Sarah's energy experience relates to advising proponents, lenders and government entities on the development, financing and operation of hydro, wind, district energy and transmission projects in various jurisdictions in Canada and the US. She has been involved in some of the largest and most prominent projects in Canada, as well as many high value projects with international components. Education: BA (Queen's University); LLB (University of British Columbia). Admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 2005.
