Sebastian L. Pyzik is a versatile and effective litigator who represents public and private companies and their officers, directors, and shareholders in major, sensitive, reputational, or otherwise strategic civil and commercial disputes. He also regularly acts for clients facing construction and real estate disputes, including in the context of large-scale projects such as public-private partnerships. His practice also includes handling injunctions and urgent applications, reputational matters, and sports-related files. He holds a master’s degree in business administration, taught at the École du Barreau, and is actively involved with The Advocates’ Society.
