Sheldon Hamilton is a Principal in Smart & Biggar's Toronto office. For more than 30 years, he has acted as counsel for many of the world’s most innovative pharmaceutical companies in relation to commercially significant products. He has extensive trial experience focusing on issues of patent infringement and validity and damage quantification. He has appeared as trial and appellate counsel, including in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
