Stefan Nasswetter is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montréal office, practising in the firm's Business Law Group. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions of private corporations, as well as on the drafting and negotiation of various technology and IT-related agreements. Stefan is involved in the negotiation of various agreements pertaining to technology development, implementation or transfer of technologies, strategic alliances, joint ventures, service outsourcing, software as a service (SaaS), and web hosting. He also advises numerous clients in the technology, manufacturing, and tourism sectors with respect to their day-to-day commercial law needs. Stefan practises law in English and French.
