As a leading corporate lawyer, Stephanie supports clients across all aspects of their operations, from strategic advice on corporate governance to the complexities of large, international transactions. Stephanie manages a diverse corporate and transactional practice, working with oil & gas companies in Canada and internationally to support all aspects of their business, including board and governance matters, securities and regulatory compliance, mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity financings, corporate structuring, labour matters, and commercial arrangements, including joint ventures and contractor arrangements. Throughout each stage of a transaction, from strategic discussion to deal completion, Stephanie is actively involved, often coordinating the roles across a large team of advisers in many jurisdictions and managing the government and partner approval processes. Her transactional experience extends beyond Canada and the US to the Middle East, Turkey, Argentina, Africa, China, Colombia, Brazil, Ireland, the Netherlands, and other jurisdictions.
