Steve Rastin is an award-winning trial lawyer whose practice focuses on civil litigation, where he has been providing cutting-edge legal services to clients for 30 years. Steve's practice focuses on personal injury, medical malpractice, birth trauma, and mass tort/class action. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation and practises personal injury throughout Ontario. He has tried cases at all Court system levels, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada and has been involved in several precedent-setting decisions. He has served his profession and the public in many other ways, including lobbying at Queen's Park and the Law Society and regularly speaking at conferences for OTLA, CBA, Osgoode and LSO. He has served his community as Rotary Club President, Hospital Board President and the Simcoe "Helmets on Kids" program.
