Sunny practices in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, real estate law, corporate commercial, and commercial lending. His experience includes acting as lead counsel on numerous mergers & acquisitions transactions nationally and internationally, real estate development projects, equity and/or debt financings, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance matters, complex real estate transactions and structuring private companies and partnerships. Sunny primarily practices in BC’s Fraser Valley and stays involved in the local community by participating in several community business organizations and speaking at seminars. In 2024, Sunny was listed as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40. Sunny is also repeatedly recognized in the Best Lawyers in Canada Directory as a leading lawyer in the area of corporate law.
