Svetlana Samochkine is a partner in Montreal’s Banking and Finance group. She represents both financial institutions and borrowers in setting up syndicated loans, project financings and other domestic and international financing operations. Her practice is also focused on the financings of private equity investments. Svetlana is a member the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario and is co-director of the Women on Boards Committee of the Association of Quebec Women In Finance. She is also co-head of the student program of the Montreal office since 2017.
