Andrew Currier is co-founder and CEO of PCK Intellectual Property. He is a recognized leader in the field of intellectual property with expertise spanning industry, law, and academia. In industry, Andrew served as General Counsel for a publicly-traded flat-panel display company and as IP counsel for a Silicon Valley start-up. His engineering background in the automotive industry further complements this diverse skill set. Prior to co-founding PCK, Andrew practised with three of Canada’s national IP firms and served as an Adjunct Professor teaching Patent Law at the Faculty of Law of Western University in London, Ontario, and the University of Windsor. Currently, Andrew serves on the Board of Directors of The College of Patent and Trademark Agents / Collège des Agents de Brevets et des Agents de Marques de Commerce (CPATA/CABAMC), where he plays an important role in bringing the perspective of practitioners to Canada’s public interest regulator of patent and trademark agents. His achievements in the field are underlined by his co-authorship of Canadian Patent Law, LexisNexis, 4th Edition, a reference work cited by the Supreme Court of Canada.
