Tammy is a senior partner in the Lerners Plaintiff Personal Injury group and is the managing partner of the firm's Toronto office. She has acted on behalf of survivors of serious injury and their families since her call to the Bar in 1997, and has extensive trial and tribunal experience, as well as experience working on cases involving brain, spinal cord and orthopaedic injury, long-term disability denials, and slip and fall claims. A passionate advocate for her clients, her practice is marked by consensus building, leadership, and achieving results. Originally hailing from St. John’s, Newfoundland, Tammy joined Lerners in 2008 and is an active member in the community, sharing her time as a mentor and volunteer. Tammy previously held the role of Personal Injury Practice Group Leader and member of the Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee and sat as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee from 2020 until 2022.
