Partner in a business law group at Goodmans. Practice is transaction based and she acts for both public and private companies, with a particular emphasis on public and private mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate finance transactions, private equity, continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance and general corporate and  securities law. Recent experience includes representing: Tricon Residential Inc. in its US$3.5 billion privatization by Blackstone Real Estate, IPO on the New York Stock Exchange and concurrent US$500 million equity offering, $300 million private placement financing of a preferred equity investment, and $1.3 billion acquisition of Starlight U.S. Multi-Family (No. 5) Core Fund; Larry Tanenbaum, Chair of MLSE, in the US$400 million sale of a 20% stake in his company, Kilmer Sports Inc., to OMERS Pension Plan representing an indirect 5% interest in MLSE; BSR Real Estate Investment Trust in its US$135 million IPO; among others.
