Tiffany Lee Bianchi

Tiffany Lee Bianchi is a bilingual partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office. A member of the firm's business law group, her practice includes advising domestic and foreign private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border deals, M&A transactions, equity capital markets, and joint ventures. Her M&A practice also focuses on specific industries, such as technology and life sciences. Called to the bars of Ontario, Quebec, New York, and Paris, she has practised in both civil law and common law jurisdictions, in Canada and abroad. She began her career in the Paris office of a Magic Circle law firm, where she advised the management teams of major international companies on various labour relations issues associated with corporate restructuring and complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
