Tim Dickson, a partner at JFK Law, is an experienced and creative litigator whose practice focuses primarily on Aboriginal law, other constitutional law, and administrative law matters. Tim litigates in the courts of British Columbia and other provinces, the federal courts, and before regulatory tribunals. He has been counsel in over a dozen Supreme Court of Canada judgments and has acted in major trials and public inquiries. Tim is ranked by Benchmark Canada as a “Litigation Star” in Aboriginal law and has been listed by The Best Lawyers in Canada in Aboriginal law, administrative and public law, and corporate and commercial litigation. He was recognized by Lexpert as one of Canada’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 and a US/Canada Cross-Border Litigation Lawyer to Watch. In addition to his practice, Tim has taught administrative law at UBC law school as an Adjunct Professor.
