Tim articled with Blaney McMurtry in 1991 and has been with the firm ever since. He was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1993 and became a Partner in 1999. The current focus of his practice is on defending class actions, title insurance claims and professional negligence claims (including the defence of engineers, accountants, mortgage brokers, medical and other professionals). Over the years, Tim has gained considerable courtroom experience including trial and appellate work. He has also been involved in countless mediations and other ADR hearings.
