Tycho Manson's practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on media law, libel litigation (including online defamation), pre-publication advice, and commercial disputes. He has experience in medical negligence litigation, inquests, and professional discipline proceedings. Tycho has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada and the Federal Court.
