Verlee Webb is associate counsel in Farris' Mining, Corporate Finance, and Securities practice groups. Verlee has been practising law for over 20 years and has a wealth of experience in the natural resources sector. She was called to the BC Bar in 1992 after obtaining her LLB from the University of Victoria. Prior to joining Farris, Verlee acted as in-house counsel in the corporate finance department at a leading Vancouver-based investment banking firm, and has also been an associate at two prominent Vancouver-based law firms.
