Vincent Chaurette

Vincent Chaurette is a partner of the Corporate Commercial Group in our Montreal office, and practices primarily in the area of mergers and acquisitions and drafting of commercial contracts. Vincent has a keen interest in matters related to financial management and governance in the context of corporate transactions.
