Vincent Prager is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group of Dentons Canada LLP’s Montréal office. However, his practice focuses on all aspects of maritime law, as well as aviation law, insurance and general international law and arbitration including commercial, financial, regulatory, and registration issues. Vincent represents clients engaged in major litigation and arbitration, as well as the commercial side of maritime, aviation and insurance law, and has been involved in numerous maritime and aviation contractual matters including ship financing, security issues, sale, purchase and charter party matters, international vessel registrations, and long-term transportation contract, among others.
