Viorelia's practice focuses on financing and mining law matters and includes advising borrowers and lenders on a wide range of commercial finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She has experience in a diverse range of industries, including cannabis, cryptocurrency, mining, forestry, pulp and paper, mining, manufacturing, wind-farm, shipping and transportation, film financing and financial services. She also maintains a complementary factoring and equipment leasing and finance practice. Viorelia has extensive experience in regulatory and commercial aspects of mining activities, the acquisition and maintenance of mining properties, the acquisition and use of private or public land tenures for mining infrastructure and the financing of mining projects. Viorelia is also developing a forefront complementary practice relating to hydrogen, with a focus on the development and use of hydrogen power in the transportation, mining and power system industries.
