Wayne Kerrick is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office, practising in the areas of real estate, secured lending and construction law. Wayne has completed numerous purchase, sale and financing transactions of all manner and size and has developed a substantial experience in the areas of construction financing and the review and interpretation of construction contracts. Wayne served as managing partner of the firm's Ottawa office from 2008 to 2011. He has been repeatedly recognized in both The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada. He was alsonamed in the Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyers 2023 list.
