Wendy is a partner in BLG’s Health Law Group. Her practice focuses on medico-legal litigation, crisis management, and sexual assault. Wendy has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, as well as arbitrations and coroners' inquests. Wendy defends hospitals and their employees in medical negligence claims with a focus on brain injuries and civil sexual assault. Wendy also provides advice to a variety of healthcare organizations on risk management, multi-patient lookbacks, and crisis management.
