Yves Martineau is a partner in the litigation and dispute resolution group. Over the years, he has developed specific experience in class actions primarily defending manufacturers, banking institutions, and telecommunications companies. He also deals with every aspect of litigation, such as commercial law, product liability, banking law, professional liability, consumer law, and private international law. He has pleaded before all civil courts of Quebec and before the Supreme Court of Canada.
On June 5, 2018, Transurban (ASX: TCL) acquired 100% of the equity interests in the A25 toll road asset and concession in Montréal, from Macquarie Infrastructure Partners. Transurban has assumed responsibility for the management and operations of the A25.
