Yves Rocheleau

Yves Rocheleau is a partner who focuses his practice on corporate and commercial matters, including private company mergers and acquisitions. He advises many corporations at every step of their growth, particularly with respect to their incorporation and organization, shareholder and governance issues, implementing joint ventures, debt and equity financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. His experience is also sought in the negotiation and drafting of complex business agreements and the resolution of shareholder disputes. Rocheleau advises many companies that are leaders in their respective fields, primarily in the manufacturing and services sectors and in connection with renewable energy projects. He also advises many business owners on the transfer of family-owned businesses, including through management buyouts, a field of work in which he regularly gives talks and seminars. Rocheleau is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Ontario bar.
