The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) has announced the list of candidates nominated for the 2025 ACC Global Board of Directors.
“As the home of the in-house community, ACC has an incredibly diverse and accomplished membership, which was again reflected in an outstanding pool of candidates this year,” said Tracy M. Preston, ACC global board chair. “We are truly grateful for all those who have expressed interest in serving our association. The selfless dedication of our volunteers plays an important role in continuing our mission to educate and advocate on behalf of our members.”
The nominees for the 2025 ACC Global Board of Directors include top legal executives from Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies. Those nominated for election to a first term are Aviram Gavish, vice president and general counsel at Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd. (Israel); Dirk Naumann, general counsel and executive vice president, legal and regulatory at Orange Business (France and Germany); and Inderpreet Sawhney, group general counsel and chief compliance officer at Infosys Limited (USA and India).
Nominees for election to a second term include Sahia Ahmad, chief executive officer of the regulatory policy & governance sector at Dubai Economy and Tourism (UAE); Kobie Conner, senior director of business and legal affairs, film at Netflix, Inc. (USA); Shannon Klinger, chief legal officer & corporate secretary at Moderna (USA); and Justin Martin, associate general counsel at the Electric Power Research Institute (USA).
The ACC Nominations and Governance Committee, responsible for these nominations, includes Cristina Gonzalez, chief legal officer at Staples, Inc. (Chair); Tracy Preston, chief legal officer and corporate secretary at Macy’s, Inc.; Adrian Goss, general counsel, audio and publishing UK at Bauer Media (United Kingdom); Donny Ching, former legal director at Shell plc (Australia); Naveen Raju, general counsel & executive vice president, group legal at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited (India); Lisa Fleischer, chief legal officer at De Lage Landen Financial Services, Inc. (USA, At-large member); and Tia Gilford, assistant general counsel, ads legal at Meta Platforms Inc. (USA, At-large member).

The ACC, founded in 1981, serves in-house counsel's professional and business interests. It provides various resources to help its members achieve professional and personal growth, including continuing education, networking opportunities, and advocacy on issues affecting the legal profession.
The new board members are expected to bring fresh perspectives and a wealth of experience to the association, further enhancing its mission to support and advance the interests of in-house counsel worldwide.
