Chris, a partner at Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP, practises in all areas of labour relations and employment law, including arbitrations, labour board proceedings, collective bargaining negotiations and civil actions for wrongful dismissal. In addition, he represents clients in workplace safety and insurance matters, human rights litigation, employment standards claims, and occupational health and safety matters, including defending employers in OHSA prosecutions and at trial. In practising in these areas, Chris represents a wide variety of unionized and non-unionized clients, including large and small private and public sector companies.
