Randall Hofley is a partner in the Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment and Litigation groups. Trusted advisor on competition law and federal business regulation and lead litigator, with a focus on investigations by the Competition Bureau and litigation before the Competition Tribunal and all levels of Canadian courts. Brings both private-sector and public-sector experience, most recently serving as General Counsel and Senior Enforcement Advisor, Competition Bureau Legal Services.
