Nadia is a regional group manager in Toronto and Ottawa. She represents clients in complex and often high-profile proceedings. She regularly appears before all levels of federal and provincial courts, administrative tribunals, and commissions of inquiry and has represented several clients before the Supreme Court, including the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and YorkUniversity. She was Lead Counsel for the Honourable Louise Arbour appointed to carry out a review into the Canadian Armed Forces and Department of National Defence, in response to reports of harassment and sexual misconduct. She is also Counsel for the Honourable Thomas Cromwell appointed to carry out a governance review of Hockey Canada. Nadia was Litigator of the Year at the 2022 Canadian Law Awards and one of Benchmark's Top 100 Women in Litigation. Nadia was also recognized in 2023 edition of the Chambers Canada, Canada’s Leading Lawyers for Business. She regularly publishes and speaks on topics in administrative law and appellate advocacy. Her memberships include the CBA Federal Courts Bench, The Advocates’ Society Appellate Advocacy Practice Group, and the board of the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario.
