Brad Elberg joins Allen McDonald Swartz as a partner

Brad Elberg moved to Allen McDonald Swartz (AMS) as a partner in the five-lawyer boutique. Elberg provides advice on a variety of matters, including M&A, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining AMS, he was a partner at Miller Thomson LLP, and previous to that, was COO and General Counsel of an independent investment dealer. His first career, as an amateur and professional athlete, involved playing football with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tiger-Cats, as well as a stint on Canada’s Olympic bobsleigh team.
