In Ottawa, partners Greg Tereposky, Vince DeRose and Jennifer Radford founded Tereposky & DeRose LLP, a boutique focusing on international trade and investment law, and procurement law. All were previously with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. The three partners, along with senior associate Daniel Hohnstein, act for both government and private-sector clients. Notable past matters include acting as the Government of Mexico’s legal counsel in the NAFTA negotiations, in all of the state-to-state trade disputes under NAFTA, in numerous investor-state claims under Chapter 11 of NAFTA, and in a large number of WTO disputes.
