The Honourable Frank Newbould joins Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP

The Honourable Frank Newbould joined Thornton Grout Finnigan LLP as counsel. He also joined the roster of Arbitration Place as a member arbitrator. Newbould was most recently the team lead of the Commercial List Court in Toronto. He retired from the Bench in June after serving for over 10 years. His work on the the Nortel insolvency proceeding — the largest in Canadian history — involved jointly conducting a trial using video-link technology and issuing unprecedented complementary decisions.
