Effective Feb. 1, Barry Weintraub, Sara Erskine and Rebecca Huang have joined their practices together to form Weintraub Erskine Huang LLP, a new litigation boutique firm in Bay Street, Toronto, which seeks to provide clients with high-quality, strategic advocacy. The move aims to improve their bench strength and to better enable them to serve their clients’ needs.
Founding partner Huang and Erskine focus their practice on commercial litigation, while founding partner Weintraub centres his practice on commercial, environmental and employment litigation. Huang also serves as managing partner.
Also joining the new firm are lawyers Fraser Dickson, Zinejda Rita and Adrienne Zaya, who focus their practice on commercial litigation. The firm plans to add more lawyers in the near future.
