Concurrent with the Yellow Pages Income Fund $1 billion public issuance of trust units on August 1, 2003, major banking facilities were also underwritten. The offering was supported by a major syndicated credit facility for YPG Holdings Inc. totalling $1.3 billion, for which the co-lead arrangers were Royal Bank of Canada, CIBC and The Bank of Nova Scotia, and the co-arrangers were Bank of Montreal, TD Bank and National Bank of Canada.
