On May 1, 2001, Canada 3000 Inc. successfully completed its acquisition of CanJet Airlines from I.M.P. Group Limited for consideration equal to 900,000 common shares of Canada 3000. The combined operations of Canada 3000, which recently acquired Royal Aviation Inc., and CanJet will result in revenues exceeding $1 billion.
