On August 29, 2003, Leitch Technology Corporation completed a $20 million bought deal offering made through an underwriting syndicate led by BMO Nesbitt Burns. Following the closing of the offering, the underwriters exercised the over-allotment option, raising the total gross proceeds to $21.5 million.
