On May 5, 2009, OMERS Realty CTT Holdings Inc., a direct wholly owned real estate subsidiary of OMERS Administration Corporation, completed an offering of AAA-rated $170 million Series A Debentures and OMERS Realty CTT Holdings Two Inc, a direct wholly owned real estate subsidiary of OMERS Administration Corporation, completed an offering of AAA-rated $180 million Series A Debentures. The debentures were both offered on a private placement basis in Canada and are unconditionally guaranteed by OMERS Administration Corporation. The debentures were placed by a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc. and included BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., TD Securities Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc.
