Uranium One Completes US$463.5M Bond Offering

Uranium One Inc. announced that it was successful in completing its offering of bonds in Russia for gross proceeds of US$463.5 million.

This transaction was precedent-setting because it is the first time a Canadian public company has issued bonds in Russia. Uranium One is one of the world's largest publicly traded uranium producers with assets located in Kazakhstan, the United States and Australia.

Uranium One Inc. was represented internally by John Sibley, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, Lloyd Hong, Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel, and Bo Crnatovic.
