Terry advises leading Canadian and international companies in executing complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. He has over 35 years of business law experience, principally in private M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, cross-border transactions, and professional services businesses. For six years, Terry served as Managing Partner of the firm, with responsibility for business strategy and client relationship management, and as a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He also practised with the firm's office in London, England. In addition to his active practice, Terry is also Osler’s General Counsel, with responsibility for the firm’s legal affairs and risk management, including conflicts and compliance matters.
