J.R. Laffin is a partner and the Co-Head of the Capital Markets and Public Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His practice focuses on securities and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on public mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder activism, private equity and corporate finance transactions.
