Over 30 years’ experience representing employers, including federal and provincial Crown corporations, utilities, municipalities, hospitals, municipal public transit, and railways, as well as private sector clients in manufacturing, transportation, information technology, food processing, institutional food services, and sports and entertainment. Provides practical and strategic advice to public and private sector employers on collective agreements and other labour relations issues as well as matters relating to non-unionized employees. Regularly acts as lead counsel at arbitration hearings and mediations under collective agreements. Has appeared as counsel in hundreds of arbitrations and administrative and court proceedings at both the federal and provincial levels.
