Claudia D. Feldkamp

Claudia Feldkamp advises clients on corporate law matters, with a particular focus on governance, anti-bribery and corruption, and evolving domestic and international compliance and reporting standards in the areas of Corporate Social Responsibility, international trade, and investment law. Claudia’s practice includes assisting clients manage their relations with governments and international institutions on matters of governance, accountability, and political law compliance. Claudia advises Canadian businesses (operating both inside and outside of Canada), on how to best manage the risk of human rights impacts in their operations and supply chains, as well as guiding them on corporate reporting obligations, including those under Canada’s new Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.
