Recent experience includes representing: Bulldog Capital Partners and an entity controlled by Michael Andlauer, in connection with its purchase of the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club from the Melnyk Estate and the related bank financing; ad hoc group of lenders to Revlon Inc. in its Chapter 11 restructuring; and Sienna Senior Living in connection with several Construction Financings for Seniors Living Residences.
