Enda Wong is the Montreal group leader of the firm’s business law group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganizations and structuring, and commercial matters. She regularly advises clients on corporate and commercial matters including the drafting and negotiation of complex agreements and other commercial documents and advising on a variety of matters including corporate governance, compliance relating to contests, the Charter of the French Language, and other legal issues that clients face on a day-to-day basis. Practising both common and civil law, she has worked on regional, national, and cross-border transactions, advising on the similarities and differences between the two approaches on a variety of commercial and transactional matters.
